Confetti Donkey Pinatas
I created a confetti donkey for a Cinco de Mayo party we recently attended with some great friends. I made cacti, donkey piñatas, and tacos. The cake pops I brought were all gobbled up. I really love the color combo of the white against all the bright colors of the confetti sprinkles.

I had so much fun creating these! I used chocolate wafers and candy melts. I am going to try to make these with sprinkles and see how they look. They totally gave me the giggles. The little dollop of sour cream on top with white chocolate totally gave me life! So cute!
