I created these cute little unicorn cake pops over a year ago! I had some ideas for how I wanted to use royal icing to create some unicorns. There are also some chocolate molds used for this design. The eyelashes were done with edible markers.

Here is another look at some of the teeny tiny cake bites I made the other day. They are seriously super tiny and adorable! Quarter for comparison. The rosettes on the top are all royal icing decorations. They add a nice little sugary crunch!

As someone who grow up on Little Mermaid, I knew this was a shape I wanted to offer. How cute would this be for a sweet little mermaid themed birthday party? I just absolutely see so many possiblities with this one. It’s such a great mermaid tail.
